Fenj Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Unwanted Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- Absolutely no stains, odors (including perfume, cologne, deodorant), or other signs of wear will be accepted for returns.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at fenjapparel@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including any documentation provided with your order.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address specified in our reply (we recommend sending parcels via royal mail tracked services)
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them and notify you of the refund approval or rejection within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- In the rare case you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
fenj. reserves the right to decline refunds if the return criteria are not met. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
